1. Order Cancellation

• 🚚 Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

• ✔️ Refunds are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered.
• 📦 Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals included.
• 🕒 A refund request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

3. Refund Process

• 🔎 Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• 💳 If approved, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• ❌ Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation are not eligible for refunds.
• ❌ Customized or special-order items cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Replacement Policy

🔄 If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
